Perhaps my fault but it has never happened in the 20-30 times I have used other services. Apart from that excellent.
Vedran Kranjcec 2010-05-10	Centara Duangtawan Hotel Chiang Mai, City, Loi Kroh Road Very good hotel with nice room s.Had a free upgrade by check in to Deluxe room becouse have request ed a king size bad that was not available in Standard room.Nice facilities,very good and profesional service.Food very good with choice of 3 restaurant s.Staff very pleasant and helpfull.Great location,a 50m from Night Bazar.Sw.pool very nice with good cocktails on the Pool-Bar.Taxi from hotel to airport way to expencive,and pitty that room service was not available 24 hour s.Good value for the money,would stay there again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. it is conveniently located close to the night bazzar as well additional restaurants. will stay again my next trip to Chiang Mai	Very good as usual
Ange T 2010-04-14	Centara Duangtawan Hotel Chiang Mai, City, Loi Kroh Road Good sized clean room. Shower flooded the bathroom floor every time it was used. Staff were polite at reception. Facilities were good with a large gym and pool area, restaurant, bar, etc. A larger hotel that is a bit more impersonal but still had plenty to offer. Buffet breakfast had lovely selection of food. Restaurant had a buffet dinner which was very good value for money. Great location and lots to do and see in the area. Would consider staying at this hotel again.	very good service.
Francis Lau 2010-03-28	Centara Duangtawan Hotel Chiang Mai, City, Loi Kroh Road Clean,well furnish and recently renovated, I find that the hotel location and overall services is very good.Reach airport about 8.40am and waited until 9am to call them since I indicated to them my arrival will be at 9am.Sent a guy over within 3 minutes but the white board indicate my name is upside down until I go for a closer examination and pointed out to him.The rest is as expected.Good choice of hotel and value for money.	Very hassle free and prompt reply.

Location was perfect...easy walking to local makkets etc. Hote service was fine, but be aware the hotel has seem better days. They do the best they can with it. But, it is obivious that early times were its hey day. hHowever, everthing was clean, and functioned and was good value for what we receeved. We would go again as value is important.	booking worked fine
