Dominic Grogan 2010-02-08	Pung-Waan Kwai Yai Resort, Kwai Yai pung wann is agreat resort,set in beautiful gardens by the river,the service was very good and the staff very pleasent they all had time for our little boy,nice swimming pool ,nice rooms good breakfast ,we were really happy with our stay there.the only fault is that the staff could only speak very little english,so communication could be difficult!but would definattly stay there again...

Karin Hatzold 2009-12-30	Pung-Waan Kwai Yai Resort, Kwai Yai This is a wonderful place in a beautiful environment. The rooms are large, spacious, clean, nicely decorated. The swimming pool area just beautiful and a large pool with spotlight for night swimming. We stayed in a room with view on the river and I recommend this option. Just perfect to relax. Not too far from Kanchanaburi town centre either. The staff could do better with a little English lesson. communication were a little limited but we finally could understand each other.	Excellent, efficient as usual, fast, convenient, just perfect!
James Bordycott 2009-10-22	Pung-Waan Kwai Yai Resort, Kwai Yai We picked this hotel to be a quiet place but close to Kanchanaburi - perfect in both respects - lots of room to walk and enjoy the river frontage - great facilities and staff -food excellent - on line internet service was down when we arrived but they fixed it within a day; and the hotel developer has an interesting adjacent real estate opportunity for home buyers - check it out !!! We ll make this place our home next time we are staying in k- buri.	Excellent - even though this reservation was made on line in the middle of my trip without the ability to print out the voucher - Sawadee is the best I think - rapid response - help with questions and good follow up - you make it seem like you really care about your client from reservation to check-out
Viktor Vansevicius 2009-08-15	Pung-Waan Kwai Yai Resort, Kwai Yai Think everything was OK, but i wondered that i booked a better room as normal, but saw all rooms are the same because all rooms have been empty and i could look into. so i was a bit wondering that i paid more formy room which looks the same as the others.	this was very good, straight and perfect.
2009-06-13	Pung-Waan Kwai Yai Resort, Kwai Yai Wasn t that impressed with this hotel, for the money, we had stayed in much nicer. Hotel staff weren t that helpfull, pool wasn t that clean, bedrooms needed a make-over. And so far out of town you can t walk (and the Taxi fair was fortunes). Hotel was empty and isolated.
Wetzel 2009-03-17	Pung-Waan Kwai Yai Resort, Kwai Yai We stayed there second time. The hotel is very nice and daytimes very quiet and you only hear birds. We were the only guests over the daytime. At first night it was also very quiet in the hotel. Second night, there was a big group of japanese people, and you could forget the quiet atmosphere....shouting people into the deep night all over the hotel. The rooms are nice and clean, the bathroom is ok, the garden is very nice and the pool was for us two alone .-) The breakfast was ok, but the restaurant was not so clean as last time we stayed there. Very dirty tableclothes...no go..urgh..on the day we lost hotel, the gardener was spraying poison against mosquitos...they had forgotten, that there were persons and we two guests in the hotel?????????????? Crazy smoke...stinking situation.... But for that all, the staff was friendly and helpfull and we would enter this hotel again, when we are on a trip throuh Thailand.	The booking service was great, easy and correct all the time....We will use it again and again......
